MacroSys wins GSA MOBIS contract

MacroSys has been awarded a Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) contract for survey services by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).

MOBIS, one of the Federal Supply Schedules administered by the GSA, offers a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a Federal agency’s performance and its endeavor in meeting mission goals. MOBIS contractors possess the necessary expertise to facilitate how the federal government responds to a continuous stream of new mandates and evolutionary influences including the President’s Management Agenda, Government Performance and Results Act, and others, as well as government reinvention initiatives such as benchmarking and streamlining.

Under this contract, MacroSys will provide expert consultation, assistance, and deliverables associated with all aspects of surveying within the context of MOBIS, including

• Defining and refining survey agendas
• Planning survey designs and sampling strategies
• Determining proper survey data collection methodology
• Developing, pretesting, and piloting surveys
• Administering surveys using various types of data collection methods
• Administering survey databases
• Assessing the reliability and validity of survey data
• Analyzing quantitative and qualitative survey data as well as non-responses
• Describing and summarizing survey results with graphs, charts, and tables
• Describing data collection and survey administration methods
• Recommending potential follow-up actions
